Sunny Sunday In The South - Evenings Are For Lovers

My sweet sweet Hubby decided to take me on a date tonight.
We went to dinner in downtown Knoxville at
The Tomato Head
I had pineapple and bacon.
YUMMO
And then we went for a walk down by the Tennessee Theater
and...
by the giant man rowing.
We've always wanted to do a photo scavenger hunt
downtown.
I think tonight we inspired ourselves to make it happen.

We ended up at the awesome movie theater to watch
African Cats.
It was FABULOUS!!!

I think we might have forgotten how much we love dating.
I did have a photo of hubby with giant man, but he didn't like
the way it turned out. Silly man.

I hope everyone had a blessed Resurrection Sunday!
We went to church with family and did a little egg hunting
and the kids took LONG naps.

So thankful for Grace available to me through Jesus!

Finally Photos

My Dad was so kind to allow us to borrow his camera.
My husband always takes great photos, so I decided I'd try my hand at it.
Here are the photos that I took.

Playing at the World's Fair Park

Walking to the Sun Sphere

The wind was blowing. A LOT!

My girl always has the MOST intense faces!

I told him to make a "laughing face".

Already doing her make up!

Nothing like a chubby girl in a short dress and fancy shoes!

If only daddy hadn't been behind us, but then again we wouldn't have gotten the smile!

Pretending to be Tarzan!

Thinking of framing this one!

And this one!

We LOVE a camera and cute kids at this house!

I'm seeing a tutorial involving some photos and a belly cast. hmmm

Sunny Saturday in The South

Here is a little bit of what we did today. It turned out so cute I just couldn't resist sharing.
My beautiful daughter did a little photo shoot for the Tu-tu dresses I'm about to add to Evelyn's Closet.
This is our back yard. Not too shabby.
Brave girl to sit in the tree. I have a quilt down which you can sort of see in this one, and I'm underneath her holding on tight.
Creating and seeing the finished products in action makes me happy! Hope your Saturday was as productive or lazy as you wanted it to be.
